The machine is switching itself off on any program after a couple of minutes. We believe it is the module (Computer unit). As they are expensive to buy, with no guarantee of success, is it worth changing the unit.

How easy is it to change and are their any problems or pitfalls.

HOTPINT MODULES ARE NOT EASY TO INSTALL AS THEY NEED TO PROGRAMMED TO YOUR MODEL. ONE MODULE WILL USUALLY COVER AROUND 10 MODELS .IT IS POSS THAT YOUR DOOR COULD BE FAULTY. MY ADVICE WOULD BE CALL AN ENGINEER FROM HOTPOINTS AS YOU HAVE A 5YEARS PARTS COVER
