How can I fix my delonghi DFS 903 COOKER?

Everytime I turn on my Delonghi DFS903 cooker's oven, it starts to rattle and is extremely noisy. It seems to be coming from under the centre of the hob.

There is power from the main lead but the eletrics on the cooker are completley dead can you tell me if there is an internal fuse and where to find it
