Lens won't retract and/or is stuck Sony DSC-P71?
What may be wrong? Where do I take it for repair?
I tried new batteries and once I turned it on, it makes a ticking sound, suggesting the lens is trying to retract w/o sucess. After a couple of times the camera does not start. It won't even let me transfer picture to my computer.
