On turning the TV on and then trying to turn on the Matsui DV3 (Top Up TV) set-top box the box is showing a green light for power but is ALSO showing a red light for remote activity. When I use the remote to try to turn the box on nothing happens. Both lights should not be on but I can't get the red remote light to turn off or the remote to work. Changing the remote batteries makes no difference and neither does turning the power off and on or the TV off and on. I don't have the manual anymore and wonder if someone knows the trick to unfreezing the box? Many thanks if you know and respond to this question.

I have the same problem..My Matsui freeview box is not turning the red light green. I can only turn it green via remote and once green i can perform other functions. The power is ON and the red light is not turning green though I have tried everything with the remote that is change the batteries, went closer to the box etc.
