can someone help? why does my ford transit not pick up speed on a slight slope, it has been regularly serviced.

The joys of owning a non-turbo 2.5 Di Transit I'm affraid, I've had 8 now, 2 of which were brand new and they've all been complete pants when it comes to hills.
