Every time i put a CD in the Changer it will try and read it for a few secs but never will just spins it and says CD ERROR.

How do i reset this or take it out or put a 9mm through it
?

2002 Ford Focus Zx3 witha 6 disc in dash changer...not audiophile or anything fancy just the regular one.

I just bought a 2002 ZX3 and have the exact same problem. If I figure it out, I'll post it here.

Someone on another Focus message board suggesting removing a battery cable for 10 minutes to force a reset.
