I cannot get my laptop to connect wirelessly since joining Sky broadband any ideas or help would be appreciated, did not have a problem when previously connected to NTL.

my pc wont either, the pass word that works on my lap top ok just doesnt on tthe pc upstairs i get locked in the getting IP address loop.....

im am a sky engineer is your laptop wireless enabled if so have configured your wireless connection properly and wot version of windows are you using if its vista there are still a few problems at the mo but they are being sorted also have you put your network key in properly as its is all upper case because wep wont allow access to router if network has not been used
