how can i repair it, the usb jack didn't respond with it and i cant controlled it. once i opened it the mp4 cannot respond.

Try fully charging it then starting
If not most Mp4's/mobile phones/ iPod's etc have a bootloader
it can be accessed my pressing two buttons together (depending on device) followed by holding down power
For Motorola mobile phones it is *, # held down then holding in On button at same time
