32 amp is to small--- you want 45amp
and you may find your cable from rcd to shower may be to small 10mm is ok in some situations it must be 16mm.
but an electrician will tell you this. it may be a situation where you can't have a 10.5 shower due to the size of the main fuse box supply (or if you don't want a fire damaged house)
so who ever changed the shower to 10.5kw should be shot +it is illegal to change it unless u are part p reg and can put a cert on the electric work being done and carries a big fine
