hey suzi, well the most appropriate way would be to use a soft cloth like a cotton one for example dipped and sqeezed in LITTLE bit of water, first wipe it gently, after u have wiped the whole display obviously there would b water drops, jus wipe it off with the same dry side of the cloth. make sure u sqeeze the water from the cloth. u jus have to keep it MOIST not dripping.
DONT use glass cleaner coz a laptop display firstly is nt glass. it may harm the display by getting discoloured (pale yellow) and dont use tissue as fibers may get on the sides of the screen during the cleaning process which may look very unplesent to see....
