How to descale a heatexchnger?

I have a Vaillant VCW T3W boiler and need to desacle my heatexchanger.

we use a powerflushing machine to do it which would cost you about £80. to do it d.i.y you would have to remove the heat exchanger. best to get someone in to do it.
