pump replacement-proheat?

where can I get a repair manual to change pump assy?
tony, March 2007
It is easy without a manual.

Turn the smartmix valve to the water rinse position. Remove the upper cowl assembly by removing the 6 screws and removing the cap from the flow indicator.

With the cowl assembly removed. The pump is at the front of the machine on operators left side. The pump is held in place by a bearing block. Unscrew the four crosshead screws from the pump bearing block.

Disconnect the suction line (no clip) from the inboard side of the pump, the air connection from the top of the float chamber (no clip) and the delivery pipe using pliers to expand the spring clip.

The driven belt can be removed from the spherical pulley and the toothed brush drive belt from the end pulley.

Replacement is the reverse. When replacing the cowl assembly take care when fitting the valve spool into the cleaning solution smartmix valve housing.
