I HAVE A 2.5 YO TOSHIBA 36A43 MODEL. I CAN TURN ON AND CONTROL THE TV WITH THE BUTTONS ON THE FRONT OF THE TV. THE TV DOESN'T SEEM TO BE RESPONDING TO THE REMOTE. I HAVE CHANGED OUT THE BATTERIES AND THE REMOTE WORKS FINE FOR THE ACCESSORIES. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

try this. first take out the batteries,then, going from top to bottom,press each button once ,then replace the batteries.this should reset your remote to factory default,erasing the pin. it works on most,but not all remotes.good luck
