The power drive and power assist is not operating. I have tried the red reset button with no avail. The light on the front is not operating. I have plenty of suction. The area around the brush is clean and the suction connction is clear. Nothing appears to be broken or out of place.

On the right side were the suction pipe goes in, look to the left of that you can see a little switch ,there should be a small white peice that pushes the switch in when you put the handle down make sure that the white plastic piece has not popped out of its position it seems to fit in between the pipe and the switch itself ,that seemed to be the problem with mine
