I have an AEG Micromat Microwave 153E, the display is reading 00:30?

I have an AEG Micromat built in Microwave 153E, the display is reading 00:30, the appliance will not start and I can't get rid of the 00:30 the ":" flashes all the time like a school crossing. I did clean the panel, but only with a damp cloth. Thx Pete
