How do I fit a CD player to a Ford KA?

I've read the advice on how to get the old one out, but how do you put a new radio in without leaving bare dash visible? Can you buy covers from anywhere that will fit around the standard shape/size cd/radio?

Halfords sell a facia panel for the KA for around £20:00. See http://www.halfords.com/opd_product_details.asp?id=17461&type=0&cat=46 for a silver one. You may also need adaptors for the electrical and aerial connectors. Halfords also do these. Don't know where else may do these.
