I have acquired a Philips DV3 on Digital Freeview box, but can't get a remote control. Can I change channels without having to turn it off, back on and going to the channel list.Any help thanks.

The On Digital boxes are so old now they don't support most of the Freeview function other that Now/Next Programme. Don't waste your time or waste your money buying a new remote (which I doubt that you can get any more) buy a new Freeview box - they are anything from twenty quid upwards nowadays.
