How can I fix my Kenmore serger model 8146480?

While I was sewing with it, I heard a nose, the thread broke. I re-threaded it (carefully with instruction),but it doesn't seem to want to pick up and do it's thing! HELP!

I've got a White 4 thread serger. The thread from the right needle does not pick up. What is wrong?

The first thing to do is change the needles - it could easily cure it.
