Assuming you want to get similar programming that you get in the UK. You can buy a Sky Digibox and Freesat From Sky Viewing Card. Install a dish pointing at Astra 28E, and you will have all the Free To View programmes that you get in the UK. With a Sky subscription you can get more but you are not supposed to take them abroad.
An alternative is to keep your eye on Lidl. From time to time they have complete systems (Receiver, Dish, cables, satellite meter, etc) for sale at £60. You won't be able to get Ch4 and Ch5 on these systems but you will get lots other stuff like some free movie channels. Point the dish at the same satellite Astra 28E.
