how do i fix my msn?

right when i talk to my friend every 3 minutes or so it logs me off and says you have lost connection wiv msn messenger reconecting in 0:15 blah blah blah plz someone help me fix it i would be really gr8ful :D

msn has been playing up the past month due to virus infection.
keep your virus checker up to date and try to log on after an hour or so.
