My GE naultilus dishwasher sometimes drains and sometimes leaves an inch of water in the bottom. Does this sound like a pump issue or an electronic board issue. At first I thought it could be a plugged drain, but sometimes it completely drains.

spring loaded check valve prt # WD24X10018 under back filter screen is defective or held open by debris, the valve will unscrew to inspect, very common problem for GE.
