Hotpoint Aquarius WD420?

STOP! I understand how it works now! sorry, i said i was a dumby didn`t i? Right, my next question is- i`ve got an f12 and an f09 problem, is it something i can fix myself or do i have to dosh more money out to Hotpoint? Thanks!
