How do I change the drum bearing on my Zanussi washing machine?

It is a fle1416w. I have the back off and there is an allen bolt. Not sure if this needs to be removed to get the belt wheel off. Also is it a reverse thread?

Any help would be very welcome as I seemed to have come to a halt. :-(

nick the whole drum has to come out of the machine the bolt is normal thread but hard to undo, but you need to split the tub to get at the bearings
