How do I wire a CD multichanger to a header unit in an MG?

I have a multi cd changer from an early MGF car and I'm trying to wire it to a Kenwood Radio from a later MGF car. The wiring loom doesn;t seem to match. What colours do I need to splice to each other to get the system to work. Sorry but I don't know the make of the changer.

I've just found out that the multichanger is a Phillips DC082, which I want to conect to a Kenwood header unit. Is this possible if so how?
