My dishwasher sprays water out of the gray plastic water inlet on the left side of the machine. I replaced the water inlet and the new part does the same thing. There does not seem to be any thing to keep the water from just running out of the side holes and all over the floor when filling.

Well after 3 new parts, I just went to the Home Depot and bought some plastic 1" down to 3/8" fittings and a hose clamp and rebuilt the water inlet completely. This probably voided the warrantee, but the damn thing works now at least.
