can somebody help me pls..samsung rs21dcns?

red light stays on indicating a prob with filter ..i have just had it replaced and i still have a prob with no water and no ice , i have water running properly into pipes at the back but nothing after that in the form of ice or cold filtered water

DO YOU HAVE THE WATER FILTER FITTED THE RIGHT WAY ROUND FOR WATER FLOW IN AND OUT,

HAVE YOU RESET THE FRIDGE AFTER CHANING FILTER:-

HOLD DOWN THE ICE TYPE BUTTON AND CHILD LOCK BUTTON TOGETHER FOR THREE SECONDS, THE INDICATOR SHOULD THEN TURN GREEN.

YOU CAN THEN PUT THE UNIT INTO SELF TEST REBOOT MODE BY HOLDING DOWN THE POWER FREEZE + POWER COOL BUTTONS FOR 5 SECS THE UNIT WILL THEN BEEB AND RECYCLE / REBOOT ALL SYSTEMS,
