try adjusting high speed jet ,the one on the right . turn jet in till just bottoms out not to tight. back out one full turn try starting.go quarter turn out ,starting saw each time,try it each time until it runs smooth .

Sounds like you either need to adjust the carb. or change the fuel filter.
