How do I remove the drum?

I think I lost a necklace underneath the drum of my front loader. Is there a step by step way to remove the drum and check - without calling a service guy?

Did you have any success with this? I am having a similar problem got a wire from a bra stuck beneath the drum and machine is making a lot of noise. Any help would be great
