Ford Mondeo Brake Problems?

I have a 2001 Ford Mondeo (B5Y) with a serious brake problem. The back left brake, outer pad only, has been wearing down in short periods of time, 2 months. I have replaced the following with new parts: caliper, hand brake line and brake line also the disc and shoes. We are now going to replace the caliper holder. My question is that if this does not help what could possibly be the problem? Performance of the front breaks? ABS issues?

it won't have anything to do with abs or the front brakes.its more than likely the pad is sticking in the carrier.its proberly too tight in there.u should be able to take it out easily.if its stuck.u need to clean all the rust off the carrier.u may also need to file the edge of the pad down slightly,so it fits just right.normaly u only have to file the paint off the edges of the pad.be carfull not to take to much off as this will cause the pad to rattle.make sure u have coper grease on the back of the pads & the edges where it sits in the carrier.
