i was printing one day when it was brand new and it just packed up, it doesnt do anything.


i go to print a piece of paper and it thinks that its printing but it doesnt do anyhing! so i tried the printheads new cartridges, everything!i turn it off then on and it fails, please couuld someone help?

Just checking! have you removed the protective cover from the cartridge?.
I've had similar but it seems to have righted itself. Try this don't just turn off the printer disconnect printer from the socket leave it off for about 10 mins plug back in and try again.
You could also try re-installing the printer program using the disc that came with it. I did this on another printer I had and it cured the problem, still don't know why it happened though.
