It is Easter and the children are on holiday from school. We have seven of them, and double the washing due to den building etc. Oh joy, oh rapture. My teenager decided to put a wash on for extra spends, resulting in the washer refusing to empty the water. I am assuming someone has left a pen/twig etc in their pocket and she hasn't checked! When it should empty it sounds like a distressed pig, although the drum is moving. I am insured with british gas homecare but they can't come out until the 14/04/07. By whichtime we will have no clean clothes! Can anyone help me?.

hi remove the rear panel you can then see the pump strip down and clean. also remove the bottom hose and clean out in there as well(its an idea to do this outside as it can be quite messy)
