How can i fix my VAILLANT BOILER?

I have no hot water or heating,there is a green light on. In temp box there is F22 showing, how do i fix it.

check you have pressure in the boiler if you have the chances are the pump is stuck

How do i fill my pressure gauge up, which pipe is it..

f22 means boiler needs water, is the pressure gauge reading below 0.7 bar. if so it needs refilling to 1.5 bar
