How can I remove an existing Microwave/range hood?

I am try to replace a Kenmore 665.69612991 under-the-cabinet Microwave. I have removed the screws connecting it to the bottom of the upper cabinet but can't seem to remove it from the wall plate. It just leans forward attached to the back. I've tried to push it up but it won't budge. Any advice before I call the handyman?

Above the microwave door there is an exhaust grating. Remove the three screws on the front and the three above it mounting it to the body. Pull the grating away to reveal the two long extension screws that connect it to the rear plate. Turn the screws counter clockwise to release the oven from the rear plate. Be sure to have your helper there ready to catch the microwave with you when it begins to fall away from the wall.
