My MP4?

My MP4 will not turn on please help I have sent a message before and no response. Here is some info on the model its a FCCE digital MP4 player.

I have the same model mp4 player with the same problem. I have found that the player is actually on but there is no backlight. If you hold it to sunlight you may be able to see the screen. I have found no solution for this as yet.
