I have a fisher & paykel smartdrive excellence 7.5 washing machine that is not draining out the water. I think the pump is blocked as a cushion burst in the wash.
How do I get at the pump to unblock it?
Have you added an extention to the drain hose to water your garden? If the hose is not emptied of water the machine will think the pump is blocked and won't spin properly.
