my potterton puma 80 loses water pressure?

my boiler loses water pressure after i,ve put the heating on.i cant see any leaks in the hoose or from the boiler, exept a pipe outside the hse attached to the boiler is dripping.do you think this is the problem?,,and is it repairable?.

IF you recharge to 1 bar then turn the heating on if the pressure rises very quick to 3 bars then the pressure vessel is faulty this can be either replaced on the boiler or a remote one fitted if the safty vale to outside was dripping then this should be replaced as well
