where can I get letters for my IBM Thinkpad keyboard?

Some of the letters have worn off my notebook. I need to purchase new letters to replace the old ones.IBM thinkpad type 2647-8 mu

The only thing that you can do is replace the whole keyboard. It should have a FRU (Filed Replaceable Unit) part number on it somewhere. In my day to get parts you called the IBM country number and asked for parts Sales.
