how can i fix my baxi combi105e boiler?

i think it needs a pressure release valve. it's whistling, making a very loud banging noise and letting loads of water out at a high force.

Think i've sorted it. pressure was 3.5. phoned a local bloke out paper and he's guided me through the process of releasing the pressure. "FREE OF CHARGE WHAT A TOP BLOKE"
