Please can anyone tell me whats wrong with my dyson CO1 washing machine, I've just got back from holiday and doing my third load of washing on a delicates wash and before wash could rinse & spin it has stopped saying that there is a F11 (fault 11) does any one know how I might be able to fix it without calling out an engineer, please please help

F11 = No Motor action
hi this usually means the motor brushes have gone on these
