how can i fix my sony cybershot?

ok so i have a Sony Cybershot DSC-W70. i dropped it and now when i turn it on it comes up with a black screen that says "Access" and the lens goes in and out a couple times and says turn off and turn on again. i wont let me take picture but i can look at the picture already on it.

does anyone how to fix it?

A camera store told me to turn on the camera and fiddle with the lens when it emerged to try and "get it back on the rails." Tried that, but no success yet.

I would love to know an answer, also! I have 2 of the same cameras and they both did this... now we no working cameras!!
