I purchase a Lumix DMC FZ330 camera in November 2016. It has always been kept in a camera bag. I went to use it last week and when I turned it on the small switch came away in my fingers. I sent it for a warranty repair via Jessops where I purchased the camera and have now been quoted £162 because they say it is not covered by the warranty. Where can I get it repaired in Kent.

You dont say why Jessops wont repair/replace. Is it because the camera has been abused?

Why not contact Panasonic and see if they will honour the manufacturers warranty?

If they really cant help ghen why not do a Google search for "camera repair kent" ?
