If there is any way you can look into the back of the machine on the bottom there is a motor with a pulley on it and a belt like the kind you see on a car engine. Shine a flashlight in there and turn on the machine, keeping your hands and anything else safely out of the way. If the motor is running but the belt is not spinning, the problem is a broken belt. Belts are relatively inexpensive but tricky to put in. You have to follow directions from a manual. If the motor is not running, the problem is the motor, the timer or something else.
