how do i switch on rft2 out, i know you go to services then system set-up press 4, BUT what do i do next?

when in 4 system services press '0' '1' select then 4

To turn it on you need to go in to the ‘installers menu. To get in to the installer’s menu press services, 4, 0, 1 and then select. The bit you want is option 4 in this menu. Select this and it will bring you to another menu to turn on the power to rf2.
