a screen has came up on my computer sayingt that i need to go onto safe mode to get my last configarations back and i go onto safe mode but the blue screen comes up saying i need to go onto safe mode i have tryed every mode but the blue screen comes up everytime what should i do

Jennie,
You have to hit the F8 key while the computer is rebooting to go into safe mode. As soon as the computer finishes checking the memory during reboot, hit the f8 key. You have to be quick about it. Hit it several times just in case. If it doesn't go into the menu screen for selecting safe mode and starts Windows, you have to reboot and try again and again, if necessary, until you time it right.
