Dual Sew 3400 - Fabric won't feed???

If I run the machine without the main thread or any fabric, it appears to be in working order. The *teeth* move with every rotation, raise and lower, etc. But then when I put fabric in the needle just goes up and down in that one spot.

HELP??!!

Hello Lisa,
Either you do not have enough pressure on the foot for the machine to feed through, or you do not have your stitch length set properly, have you made sure that the teeth are coming up above the throat plate when you check without the material in ? make sure you have not lowered the teeth by mistake.
