We also have a beko washing machine that is stuck on pause, the instructions say that it is the door not locked, they say to turn it off and back on and retry closing the door, but if there is a problem the machine goes into pause, ours is still under guarantee, the guy came out today, and said it is most likely the motor or the circuit board, and has ordered both, he said the most likely was the circuit board, due to the fact that the machine sometimes had problems spinning, if yours was having problems perhaps that may help others to identify the problem.
