No buttons I press on the remote control or on the TV unit respond. Just have the blue screen with the red lock on the top left corner of the screen

i hav a telefunken flat screen ttv2931 had the parental lock on,blue screen with picture of pad lock solved by holding down the display button for 5 to 10 seconds.
