down pressure worcester 24i combi?

Hi i have a worcester 24i combi and the pressure has dropped, i know i have to turn something but dont know what and dont know where. please help we are freezing

just had the same problem. You either need to use the key provided and follow the instructions that came with the boiler, think you need to place it in the boiler and turn it, then turn a white nob. If its like mine you will need to connect a silver laced pipe to the boiler pipework and turn a plastic tap!!. If this hasent helped give worcester on a call on there customer technical line. There really helpful and if your boiler is still under garentee your laughing they came out and sorted my pressure connection for free!!! tested the whole system very professional now works better than it did when it was installed :-)

I believe on the 24i there is a large white key that fits in underneath the boiler, then there should be a small grey know to the right of this, if you open the knob the pressure should rise, once it gets to between 1-1.5 close the knob again.
