We have a Hitachi HB-B102 breadmaker?

that is now beginning to make heavy dense 'midget' loaves, The bread never seems to rise to it's fullest dimension. Someone suggested that the upper gasket was worn? Hmmm. Every thing else's seems to work and run fine. Any ideas out there?

Yes that would most likely be the bread mix yeast is to old - try using a fresh packet of yeast with the old mix nex time.
