How do I remove my Fiat Bravo stereo?

How do I remove my Fiat Bravo stereo.I Just got a Fiat Bravo and I cant remove the stereo. its the stereo what come with the bravo. Please help.

use two feeler guages,one either side of the radio,this will unhook the catches

If you go to your closest fiat garage and ask them nicely they will do it for free, they did for me today
